Director on Call has created a board of advisors that meets to discuss how it can better service the funeral home industry.  The board is comprised of Funeral Directors, Senior Management and the Operations Manager.  This group examines emerging trends and how technology can improve the services Director On Call offers

Pushing of Funeral Details Without Calling or Faxing

If you are both a client of Director On Call and FrontRunner Professional, then funeral details are automatically pushed to Director On Call your telephone answering service. 

Detailed Directions

In conjunction with FrontRunner Professional, we can give detailed directions to your Funeral Home, burial site, flower shops or even local hotels or restaurants.  In addition to this we can even email the information to your clients. 

Forward Funeral Details to Caller

Director On Call can even forward funeral details on to callers that have email access.  As well, we can take donations and arrange flower orders from callers. 

Messages Sent Directly to Private Website

In addition to having your messages emailed, text messaged, alpha paged, phoned or faxed to you, Director On Call also sends a log of all messages directly to your FrontRunner Professional Website.  (Must be a FrontRunner Professional client)

Voice Record

Listen to how all your calls were handled. Additionally, Director On Call also digitally records all calls for quality control and training purposes.
