Director OnCall is embracing the cutting edge frontiers of cyber space by rolling out a new and social media aware web page. Director OnCall has been preaching the merits of our call answering services and the importance in staying current with the new technologies.  Our new site will be taking advantage of the social media streams to help us engage with our customers .  The new website comes as  just a small part of a ¼ million dollar project to enhance our technology and our offerings to our clients.  As we enter the new year Director OnCall will be rolling out some new and exciting features to our call answering services.
The new technology will not only enhance the ability of our clients to interact with their account utilizing Iphones and other smart phones running on the Android platform it will also improve our ability to streamline the call answering process.
Customized Scripting and intelligent scheduling will allow our operators to seamlessly answer our clients calls creating a perfect answering service solution.
