SAVE ON BILLABLE TIME WITH TEXT MESSAGING

Reduce live talk time by having our operators text First Call details and other urgent calls followed by an immediate call or you can call us to confirm receipt. Calls will be immediately texted with a 5-10 minute confirmation period set by you. If we do not hear from On Call within pre-determined time frame it will automatically notify our Operators and we will call all available numbers until someone is reached. Emailing also available.

ON-LINE ACCESS TO ALL CALL RECORDINGS

We are an extension to your Funeral Home so have the convenience of listening in on your calls. Calls are digitally recorded and immediately available for your review. This feature also gives our new clients a chance to work with us and make changes if necessary. Calls are stored on-line for 90 days for your convenience.

SEAMLESS ANSWERING

Carefully customized accounts allow for transparent answering. When taking a First Call we will only secure the information that you ask us to take and if necessary, patch family directly to On Call. A link will also be placed on your file direct to your Obits making them readily available to our Operators so they can relay details to your callers. Directions with Landmarks will be added to your account for those callers that are running late for a service and need assistance so we do not need to interrupt your staff. Names of nearby Hospitals and Nursing Homes will be listed and alphabetized so spelling does not need to be confirmed, just like we are next door! Caller phones from out of town? We can recommend a flower shop of your choice and provide phone number.

ALWAYS PREPARED

A family calls at 3:00 am and you are sound asleep. Let us handle the initial call. We are always here, always prepared and always first rate! It will give you that extra couple of minutes you may require prior to calling the family back. Details will also be recapped and emailed next day at your preferred time.
