Brad is the second generation of this family run business.

Upon joining the company in 1998 Brad has focused on delivering a quality service that exceeds his customers expectations.  Not only did he want to say he offered a quality service, he wanted to prove that he offered a quality service.  Brad implemented many new training programs and equipment upgrades to ensure that his company had all the tools necessary to offer quality service. Since that time Alliance have won the CAM-X  (Canadian Association of Message Exchange) Award of Excellence for 9 straight years, being in the top 5 for three of those and top score in 2002.  Alliance have also won the International ATSI (Association of Teleservices International) Award of Excellence for two consecutive years ranking number 1 in 2005 and 2006.

Brad is also a supporter of the Youth Diversion Program.  The Youth Diversion Program is a non-profit organization that helps young people face the challenges of adolescence.  In Brad?s leisure time, he enjoys, golf, curling and spending time with his family.  Brad was married in 1998 to his wife Alida and they have two children, Kayla and John.
