Sylvia worked closely with her staff, gaining their respect and loyalty, while motivating them to attain the quality service they provide to our customers today.

Sylvia was promoted to Operations Manager in the spring of 1991 and is committed to Quality Service and Staff Appreciation.

Sylvia resides in a small community just north of Kingston with her husband Don. She is very proud of her two children Kelly and Mark and enjoys spending time with her family as well as helping with community events. Sylvia also enjoys reading, and gardening.
